Get To Know Me
Hello, I am Ruchika. I remember once I was sitting at a cluttered table, just like you, who was torn between my creativity and the chaos of competitive prep.
I made it to NIFT and won the Meritorious Award for my performance. However, more than that, I was taught to think like a designer. Budding Deziner is my way of paying that back, not through coaching modules but through mentorship, projects, and actual feedback.

From Dreamer to Designer Mentor
When I was very young, I was fascinated with the beauty of drawing, colors, and all the fine details that are not noticed by everybody. This interest was not merely one of my interests; it was my passion and my vocation. Design was not pretty things, I knew early on, but it was stories, solutions, and ideas communicated like words could not. This interest urged me to take a design career, and since then, I have never regretted it.
The Design Path: Education & Challenges
I did not make it to the career of a designer without difficulties. Clearing up one of the highest design entrance exams in India was a big thing, but the journey was full of self-doubts, failures, and the life lessons that were taught the hard way. On some occasions, the absence of appropriate guidance was so looming to me, and I awakened to the need for mentorship in determining the future of a student. There is a reason why even the greatest dreamers can become lost without proper support.
The Turning Point: Why I Started Budding Deziner
This understanding gave me the idea to develop The Budding Deziner, a place where budding designers do not just get ready to crack the examination, but they are groomed to become confident and thoughtful creators. I wished that I had a mentor when I was in a bad place, so I wanted to be that kind of mentor to others. Students at Budding Deziner are heard and seen as individually unique and given the support they need. We do not only aim at clearing exams, but we also aim at establishing a good foundation for a lifetime of being a designer.
The Mission: What Drives Me Today
Each of our students is a spark, the sprout of creativity and potential ready to blossom. I am on a mission to nurture that fire to burn into a raging inferno of creativity, ability, and self-esteem. We have made hundreds of students over the years crack the best entrance examinations like NID, NIFT, and UCEED to their pride. However, it is not only the figures but the fact that I see every student not only leveling up as a designer, but as an individual who is ready to take on the world with the best foot forward, and this is just the beginning
Message to Aspiring Designers
Do not be afraid or think of uncertainty, and desire to design. I have travelled the road that you are going now, and I am here just to make the journey with you. Together, we will endure the difficulties, we will delight in victories, and make a future where your creativity flourishes. This is the beginning of your design journey.
