Welcome to Budding Deziner ("we," "our," or "us"). We are a design entrance coaching and creative mentorship institute based in Ahmedabad, India, helping aspiring designers prepare for competitive exams such as NIFT, NID, UCEED, CEED, and NATA.

  • Academic background and current grade/class
  • Course preferences and exam targets (NIFT, NID, UCEED, etc.)

b) Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI)

In certain cases, we may collect data that qualifies as SPDI under the IT Rules, such as financial information related to fee payments. This is collected only with your explicit consent and is used solely for the purpose stated at the time of collection.

c) Enquiry & Communication Data

  • Information submitted through our Enquiry form
  • Messages sent via WhatsApp, email, or social media
  • Feedback or testimonials provided voluntarily

d) Usage & Technical Data

Consent

In accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023, we process your personal data only after obtaining your free, informed, specific, and unambiguous consent. For students under 18 years of age, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian before any personal data is collected or processed.

Our courses are designed for students typically between the ages of 15–22. For students under 18 years of age, we require verifiable parental or guardian consent before collecting or processing personal data, in compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without explicit parental consent. If we become aware that such data has been collected without consent, we will delete it promptly.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: Request a summary of personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed
  • Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
